At Hapi Moon, we are committed to delivering your products quickly, safely, and reliably across Jamaica.


Delivery Locations

We currently offer delivery island-wide across Jamaica. Shipping Rates are as follows: 

  • Bearer Delivery (Kingston only) – $1,000 (2–4 business days)
  • Tara Home Delivery – $2000 (1–2 business days)
  • Knutsford Express Pickup –(2–4 business days) (you pay Knutsford Express at pickup) 
  • Zipmail (Post Office Pickup) – $800 (3–7 business days)
  • Zipmail (Home Delivery if there is a Post Man in your community) $900

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.


Delivery Time

Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days after your order has been processed. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and external factors.


Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. You will always see your full order total, including shipping and applicable taxes, before completing payment.


Taxes (GCT)

All applicable General Consumption Tax (GCT) is calculated at checkout in accordance with Jamaican tax regulations. This may include tax applied to both products and delivery services.

You may receive updates regarding your order via email or WhatsApp, depending on the delivery method used.

Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at hapimoon.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Times

  • Order fulfillment time takes 2-5 business days before shipping. Orders that contain more than 10 items might take 3-10 business days to fulfill. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will try to contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery estimates vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen
  • Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees, as shipping times can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing delays.

3. Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will contain your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Hapi Moon Limited is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Hapi Moon Limited is not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Undeliverable Packages

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is correct. We cannot guarantee address changes after the order has been placed. In the event an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we may charge a re-shipment fee.
