Our products are classified as consumable food items. For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of products that have been opened or used.


Returns Eligibility

We only accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged item
  • You received the wrong product

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened products
  • Used or partially consumed products
  • Products not in their original condition or packaging

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item(s) received

Resolution Options

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will:

  • Send a replacement product, or
  • Issue a refund to your original payment method

Refund Processing Time
